Hire Fees & Rentals Periods
When does my hire start and stop?

Rentals Group charges in 24-hour increments for the duration that the equipment is in your possession. The hire period begins as soon as you collect the equipment from one of our branches, a freight depot, or have it delivered to you. The hire ends once the equipment is returned to one of our branches, scanned at a freight depot, or picked up from your location, provided you have adhered to our returns policy.

What is the minimum hire period?

All of our products are offered on a minimum one day hire, unfortunately we don’t offer half day hires for our products.

Collections & Returns
Can I collect my equipment the day before I need it?

We charge in 24-hour blocks, allowing you to pick up the equipment you need at any time during our operating hours, and the hire will start from that moment. For example, if you need the equipment for one day, you can pick it up at 2PM the day before your testing, and you'll only be charged for one day as long as the equipment is returned by 2PM the following day.

What freight options can I choose from?

Rentals Group provides tailored freight solutions designed to meet your specific location and requirements. We recognize the challenges that delayed freight can create for your business, which is why we offer a range of services including Local Delivery, Standard Road Freight, Overnight Express, Next Flight, and even Mission Critical freight options. At Rentals Group, we're committed to your success. We understand the importance of your work and will do everything we can to ensure you receive the right equipment, exactly when you need it.

Do you provide 24/7 tech support for your equipment?

Free Technical support can be provided by Rentals Group when required. We work closely with our manufacturers and retailers to make sure if a unit is not working properly or if help is required we are just a phone call away!
